Prices of goods shown before total include VAT (17.5%), but exclude postage and packaging.
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on Vin de Terre, we reserve the right to pause the transaction. The customer will be informed by email or post of the correct price and given the option to continue with their order if they so desire.
3. Online payment
All transactions will be processed by Paypal, which authorises a secure online payment system through www.paypal.com.
Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

Where do we deliver?
Vin de Terre delivers to all mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man can be arranged for an additional charge. Delivery Times
Vin de Terre offers a fast UK delivery service. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible in relation to the amount of bottles requested. Single bottles will usually be processed and delivered within 5 working days of receipt of payment, whereas larger orders may take slightly longer.
Delivery Charges
£7.99 includes postage and packaging and delivery to all mainland UK addresses for a single 75cl bottle of personalised labelled wine.
£8.99 for Two Bottles
£8.99 for Three Bottles
£9.99 for Four Bottles
£10.99 for Five Bottles

A&C delivery
All deliveries require a signature and should take 3-5 days after processing.
Refunds
Vin de Terre operates a no refund policy, unless the liquid in the wine bottle received is corked.

The head-office for Vin de Terre operates from 9am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday.
Force Majeure
Vin de Terre promises to exercise every reasonable effort to meet a requested dispatch date. However, Vin de Terre shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its realistic control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
Privacy Policy
Vin de Terre collects the information submitted by the customer at the time of order not only to process the customers purchase, but also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We use all information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Vin de Terre will only email marketing material with prior consent from the customer. If the customer does not wish to receive any promotional material they have the option to uncheck the relevant box when leaving details. We do NOT pass on details to third parties.
